Swervin’ Mervyn – King of the BoE
Ever heard of the G-30? It’s not often we get to talk to someone so intimately connected to the upper eschelons of global finance. Mervyn King is the chairman of the UK’s central bank – The Bank of England, one of the oldest central banks in the world… You don’t get to do this job unless you have really earned your stripes, and word has it – a lot of those stripes were earned sharing an office in his junior days with todays US Fed Chairman, Ben Bernanke.
