The Good Earth

Green Roofs for a Sustainable Future

Join Michael O’Connell from the Good Earth as he chats with Catherine Duniam, Co-Director and Co-Founder of Living Architecture Melbourne about Green Roofs and urban nature. Catherine’s ultimate vision is to bring more nature into the city.

Catherine believes increasing urban vegetation will help solve the myriad problems that befall a condensed cityscape, and that greening roofs and walls is the best way to increase vegetation in the city while maximising the use of our limited urban space.

Living Architecture Melbourne is a consultancy founded by Antonino Giglio and Catherine Duniam with a mission to revegetate the inner city and revitalise forbidding urban spaces. With a focus on green roofs, living roofs, green walls and vertical gardens, Living Architecture Melbourne aims to provide services to people who want to add some greenery to their home or work environment.
